Trevin had his Preschool Graduation this week and he was so cute! He sang the songs he's learned all year with his class (two classes had graduation together though) and on one song singing the vowels he sang his little heart out, his face went so bright red yelling out those vowels!! Wow! We love Miss Lici and we are so glad to be sending her the 4th child this coming Fall, Carli is so ready! She has taught them all to read and they have done so well in school because she gave them such a great start!
Now that I am caught up on a month of blogging I can update the pregnancy. On Sunday i was sitting in a Church meeting and just didn't feel right, I looked down at my feet and they were swelling out of my shoes! I have never done that before! I went home and told Jarin I didn't know how I was going to make it through 3 hours of church when I barely made it through a one hour meeting. I did make it through and after wards checked my blood pressure with the cuff I borrowed last month from my mom when I had a weird swelling episode. It showed 158/98 and I knew that wasn't good. Friday it was 140/90 at my Dr's appt and he said it was a bit high but we would just watch it. I took a nap and thankfully it came down. Monday morning I called the Dr, I knew he wasn't in on Monday's so I got the Dr on call, they told me to go to the hospital for monitoring. My mom watched all the kids and ended up there for 6 hours!!! They took blood tests and such and said it all came back normal just the pressure was high and that the Dr would be in to give me a strict lecture and release me. Two hours later he came in and looked at things then said he wanted to keep me and they would probably induce the next day!!!! I couldn't believe that since my pressure came down and were staying down, he said that was because bed rest was working. He finally agreed to let me go home and rest (so much more comfortable!) as long as I came back the next day to see my Dr at 1:00 and he would make the appt!
I went the next day and he hadn't made the appt, but they saw me anyway because of the hospital visit and my pressure was at 160/100. they sent me for Ultrasound, all looked good, baby measured a week early and 6lbs 11 oz. So they let me go home on bed rest and I get to go back every 4 days, ooh fun! So this week I have been staying down, I had permission to go to Trevin's preschool Graduation and the Chiropractor. Today I have yet another appt and Ultrasound to make sure all is well and I can hopefully continue bed rest for another week or two. Jarin has been running the errands and helping out around the house, the kids have been great and I have wonderful friends who have brought in meals without being asked! It's enough to make me teary eyed (and I don't cry hardly ever!)
I asked Jarin to take a picture last night, not the best since I am in comfy clothes though. This is me at 36.5 weeks!

I am glad that you were able to go to Trevin's school it sounds like he has had a wonderful teacher. So sorry that you are on bed rest, just do what the Doctor says and soon the baby will be here and your blood pressure will go back to normal. You are in our prayers you and your new baby boy.
You are looking great! I hope that bed rest does the trick and you can stay pregnant for a few more weeks.
