Canning peaches and pears!

I have been canning tons of peaches and a few pears, more pears are still on the way! This year I canned about 50 jars of peaches, 8 peach jam, 8 pear jam (though most of it is gone already can't wait to do lots more) and only 6 jars of pear so far but hoping for another 15-20. The new pears should be ready to can in a week or so.

I thought it would be fun to make a peach pie for the first time with the few leftover. I looked on the Internet and found one that looked simple enough and lucky for me it was! It was so good! The peaches I had were so big only three fit in a jar! The peach on top of the jar in the picture wasn't one of the biggest by far! The pie called for 10 peaches sliced, I used a deep pie dish and could barely fit five peaches!!
