Happy Anniversary to us!

We have now been married 11 years! The time has flown by so fast! I am even more in love with my sweet heart! He is my eternal companion and my best friend, I am so blessed to have him.

To celebrate we went to the mantinee showing of "BIG the musical" and it was great! Jarin's cousin Tamara worke as the Costume designer and everyone looked great, straight out of the 80's! It was so upbeat and funny, during intermission Jarin ran to the restroom but came back instead with my favorite cookie, white chocolate macadamia, and my favorite licorice, red vines and a couple waters. That so sweet, I wasn't about to pay those prices (cookies were $2) but he just thought of me!

Then we went to dinner, after checking many places that were really full, we stopped at one place that was really casual. When we walked inside and looked at the menu I really didn't feel like eating there, so I nicely told him it was ok cause I knew he liked it, but he also admitted he wasn't in the mood for it either and we left and went over to McGraff's Fishouse. I love that we can be so open and honest with eachother! We had eaten their once before and it was so good, I don't like fish but Jarin does, they make a great steak, and their Pear salad is wonderful! I can't even smell the fish when we are in there so it makes it a perfect place for us. Although I do like shrimp on occasion and their Coconut shrimp with spicy orange marmalade is amazing!

Because we played of course we had to pay a price, I didn't get the laundry folded. Normally that wouldn't have been a big deal but this time it was, This morning as we were just relaxing and starting to get ready for church we heard a loud crash! It came from downstairs and the boys were playing down there. I jumped up and ran to the basement stairs, Tyler met me me at the bottom and assured me they were fine, he thought the sound came from the laundry room. Sure enough it did, the cabinets that had been on the wall for a few years now had fallen down not only spilling their contents but also bursting the lids of 2 bottles of bleach!! I also had a new box of oxiclean powder everywhere! Since I hadn't folded the clothes there were alot of ruined things! My shirts i had pulled out of the dryer and piled nicely ready for hangers got the worst of it. Out of a dozen shirts only 4 were untouched. if they hadn't been there though our camping supplies, sleeping bags and tents would have been introuble and I really think that would have been worse, not as easy to wash and clean them up!
Everyone in the family had something bleached, but in the end it is only about one garbage full of clothes that have to be thrown out. After cleaning up the mess and ourselves, we made it to church only an hour late, luckily the switched Sacrament to last a week ago so we didn't miss that.

The funny thing is people have asked Jarin if he put up the cupboards, and the answer is yes but the part he and his dad put up is still attached, the back! (see second pic) The cupboards actually detached from the back, it was only put together with staples in partcile board! The new cupboards will be the nice ones you would normally put in a garage, Heavy duty!! I am grateful no one was in the laundry room when they fell, that would have been awful!

I love McGrath's, I've eaten there a few different times and have never been disappointed. That cupboard story is crazy!
