My friend Krista and I had a great time at the Scrapbook Expo, we went to wear our t-shirts that Krista made for us to advertise in our own sneaky way about our own Crop Because you Care scrapbook event fundraiser for the Epilepsy Association of Utah. Which Krista asked me to be the chair for this coming year! Yikes! It is a daunting task, I see how much she does with it, I help her each year to lighten her load, not so sure I am ready to be in charge of it though! I told her I would only if she would Co-chair, sine she does most of the work anyway, she agreed but then told others it was just me! Aaaack! She said that she promised her hubby she wouldn't be in charge and that she was just my assistant, I told her the title doesn't matter since her work is the same so she better tell our committee we are in this together.
We had fun waling forever till midnight looking at all the vendors, gathering Business cards to contact them later to be vendors at our event or just donate to our gift bags and raffle and we will advertise for them. I thought I wouldn't spend anything since this would mainly be paper scrapping but i was wrong, i spent $60 on a few Cd's of Digi kits to feed my addiction! LOL! It was fun, we were silly by midnight and of course stopped for an ice cream and snacks and I finally made it to bed about 2:00 AM

I am surprised that I didn't see you there. I was there with my mom until midnight as well. I had so much fun as well. I liked the emcee better this time and the music was at a better level as well. I am excited about the crop in Feb. I have been telling everyone I know about it-even the digi scrappers!
