Tyler is 7 years old now! After being sick all week long se was finally feeling good enough to have his party. He had a great time going to Chuckee Cheese with "just the boys" even I didn't go! Alison had a girl only party last year and so he wanted the same. Although I have decided mom's are always allowed, I felt like I missed something! Jarin did take a ton of pictures though. He had fun playing games with his friends and eating his blue and red cupcakes, the frosting stains fingers really well, and opening presents. Even the dads enjoyed themselves!
On Sunday we had just the grandparents over to celebrate both boys birthdays! They were so cute in their crowns!
I just love these two pictures! They had just discovered the money in the cake! My grandma used to do this for us whenever a grandkid had a birthday, she would srap up coins in wax paper or tin foil and drop it in the batter to cook into the cake. As kids we loved to see if we got the quarter or just the penny, then we would give the change to the birthday person. They loved it, half the cake didn't have coins, just for the grownups!
And you have to do Heavy Heavy Hang over thy poor head!
They are growing so fast I wish they would slow down!
